Our Church

Willowdale Chapel is a nondenominational church founded in 1956. From our humble roots, we've grown to be a thriving body of 1,500 people. Today we are one church in two locations, with campuses in Kennett Square and Jennersville. We're passionate about Jesus and his Gospel, which offers the grace we all need every day. Whether they're longtime followers of Christ or just trying to figure it out for the first time, we love meeting people where they are and helping them grow in their faith.

Our Ministries

We have all the core ministries that most churches have — children, youth and adult small groups — along with some "specialty" ministries that meet particular needs we sometimes face. Three of those — Celebrate Recovery, Re|engage (marriage) and Special Needs — offer distinctive help for some during the biggest challenges of their lives.

Our Outreach

God intends to make all things new. That's why he sends us into the world with a gospel that touches—and begins to transform—all of life. Thus our Outreach Ministries are built on three pillars: Gospel Proclamation, Serving our Neighbors and Advocating for the Vulnerable. We organize around these key priorities to give full expression to God's love for the world.

Night to Shine

Night to Shine 2026

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom-night experience centered on God’s love for people with special needs ages 14 and older. It is a night for our honored guests to shine, the volunteers to shine, the churches to shine, and most importantly, God to shine!

Willowdale will host Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, in-person on February 13, 2026 at our Kennett Campus. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. to begin the check-in process. The prom will start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. Every guest who registers for the Night to Shine event will receive a goodie bag and access to the special Tim Tebow video.

We do not have a waitlist, instead we ask anyone who still wants to attend to contact us on Monday, February 9, as that is when we know how many spaces are open.

Noche para Brillar es una experiencia inolvidable de noche de graduación centrada en el amor de Dios por las personas con necesidades especiales mayores de 14 años. Es una noche para que nuestros invitados de honor brillen, los voluntarios brillen, las iglesias brillen y, sobre todo, ¡Dios brille!

Willowdale presentará Noche para Brillar, patrocinada por la Fundación Tim Tebow, de manera presencial el 13 de febrero de 2026 en nuestro campus de Kennett. Las puertas abren a las 6:00 p. m. para comenzar el proceso de registro. La fiesta de graduación comenzará a las 6:30 p. m. y terminará a las 9:00 p. m. Todos los invitados que se registren para Noche para Brillar recibirán una bolsa de regalos y acceso al video especial de Tim Tebow.

Volunteer Trainings

All new and returning Night to Shine event volunteers are required to attend one of our mandatory training sessions at our Kennett Campus.
