Willowdale’s Elders
As an Elder governed church, we are so grateful for our Elder Team who actively shepherd our church, model Christ-centered living, teach and exhort, guard sound doctrine and practice, and pray for the needs of our church body. Willowdale’s Elder Team is appointed by the congregation and is composed of the Lead Pastor and seven qualified members of our congregation. Our Elders, with the exception of the Lead Pastor, serve 3 year term limits, which can be renewed once for a consecutive 6 years of service.
