Our Church

Willowdale Chapel is a nondenominational church founded in 1956. From our humble roots, we've grown to be a thriving body of 1,500 people. Today we are one church in two locations, with campuses in Kennett Square and Jennersville. We're passionate about Jesus and his Gospel, which offers the grace we all need every day. Whether they're longtime followers of Christ or just trying to figure it out for the first time, we love meeting people where they are and helping them grow in their faith.

We have all the core ministries that most churches have — children, youth and adult small groups — along with some "specialty" ministries that meet particular needs we sometimes face. Three of those — Celebrate Recovery, Re|engage (marriage) and Special Needs — offer distinctive help for some during the biggest challenges of their lives.

God intends to make all things new. That's why he sends us into the world with a gospel that touches—and begins to transform—all of life. Thus our Outreach Ministries are built on three pillars: Gospel Proclamation, Serving our Neighbors and Advocating for the Vulnerable. We organize around these key priorities to give full expression to God's love for the world.

The MomCo

The MomCo, formerly MOPS, is a ministry for all moms who are fostering, adopting, or expecting all the way through school aged children.

Here at The MomCo, we gather and support moms. Our nickname stands for “The Mom Community,” and we are a ministry for all moms at all stages. Whether you are fostering, adopting, expecting, or have children off to school already – all are welcomed. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. Whether you are new to the area, new to The MomCo, or returning from last year, we’re so excited to have you!

The theme for the 2026-2026 year is “Good Company.” This is the year we’re bringing back fun, deep friendship. Months of relational courage where we help each other: Break free from unhealthy habits that keep us from experiencing real connection. Resist insecurity and fear of rejection. Reframe overwhelm. Be a good friend, not a perfect one. Heal from a friend breakup in the past, and find the courage to try again. Learn that friendship is spiritual formation. Belong despite differences. Have more fun. Start feeling known. This is a return to the basics. Friendship is back. And we’re all in.

Jennersville Campus

The Jennersville Campus MomCo meets two Friday’s a month from 9:15-11:15 a.m. September through May. One Friday is our large group gathering where we have food, a speaker, and discussion groups. Our wonderful children’s program is available—and required—for all children who are mobile. Thank you for helping us create a calm, welcoming environment where every mom can fully participate in group discussions while knowing her child is being lovingly cared for. JENNERSVILLE MOMCO CONNECT FORM

Kennett Campus

From September to May, the Kennett Campus MomCo offers two monthly kid-free meeting options: the second Wednesday evening (7:00 – 9:00 p.m.) or the following Friday morning (9:15 – 11:00 a.m.). Both groups gather together on the fourth Wednesday evening (7:00–9:00 p.m.) for a workshop designed to help moms connect and build community. Childcare is offered as an additional option for the Friday morning sessions. Moms looking for more connection can also join The MomCo Track Women’s Group on Wednesday mornings where childcare is provided.
